Mexican chocolate pudding

This is the first and only pudding I’ve ever made from scratch. It’s very unique-tasting, but truly does taste, as the name hints, like Mexican chocolate because of the cinnamon in it. The almond milk instead of regular milk cuts down on fat content, too.

If you’re looking for a dessert that’ll get lots of comments, definitely try this very simple one!
